Celebration? When was it built? Why? When will it get destroyed? Why? ...what will happen to it when the aliens come? | |

| Yes, if it gets long just put it in a spoiler. I might have a few ideas from this, and if you do then you can post the different ones, here is my first and unedited one. - Spoiler:
A wind blew. The leaves scuffled, and the clouds drew in. It had been threatening to pour all day.
It was a muggy summers afternoon, and it was slowly becoming night. The sun, pink melted into the mountains which stood tall against the mountainous lake which had started to ripple in the gusts. The air was getting thinker, one might compare it to pea soup. The clouds opened up upon a hill, and on that hill sat a castle.
No, not a huge castle like the ones in bed time fairly tales; but a stone bricked mansion with towers winding up towards the hellish sky. It was autumn, and the maple trees were turning red. So it was surprising that summer had found the strength to throw one last fit that exploded with lighting and thunder. The house was sturdy and strong, as it bore the pounding rain and the galling wind.
There is, or at one point was something wrong with the house. It wasn’t abandoned, no it still had a lively persona to its halls even though it was as old as the trees around it. No, something had happen at that spot. In, or around the stone house. Something that had left a opening, a rip in the fabric of our world, but that something. Oh, what could that be? If an weary old man, and his bag of digging equipment dug a the ark underneath the stars he would find if he was delicately enough. Bones. No, not any old bones. They were old most certainly so, but they weren’t common and they weren’t something you would find anywhere else.
If one was to dig, right where the hole in our world was one would find the bones and scales of a slain dragon. But no one would find it, for no one had reason to look. The rain would continue to pour, the wind would not stop blowing, and the seasons would keep turning. No one would dig under the ark of the staircase that lead into the old stone mansion, not until another dragon found its way back again.
I have a second one!! - Spoiler:
The clouds where there, along with the presents of rain. It was probably the last summer storm of the season. She thought as she watched lighting fork its way down over the red tipped trees.
Yes, she would be sad to see the good weather go, but she had no power over those matters. She heard the tip tap of the rain droplets against the slate roof of the tower she was in. The room its self was cozy, and had a warm feeling to it. She was once again very happy that she lived in the old stone building. Yes she mused as she looked out the water covered window, she was very happy indeed.
